Users must not use the Platform to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

Responsibilities of the Platform and the User

The Platform is responsible for maintaining the Platform and ensuring that it is accessible to users. The Platform will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the security and confidentiality of user data.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their accounts are secure, and must keep their login credentials confidential. Users must immediately notify the Platform if they suspect any unauthorized use of their account.

The Platform may suspend or terminate any user's account if they violate these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations. The Platform reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations, and may take appropriate action, including reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement.
